Yam Cake 蒸芋头糕











Ingredients:
1.2 kg       Taro - Cut Cube
500 g        Rice Flour
 45 g        Tapioca Flour
 25 g        Tang Mein Flour
800 ml       Water
Seasoning :
  2 tsp      Salt
  1 tsp      Chicken Stock Powder
  1 tsp      White Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp      Five Spice Powder

100 g        Dried Shrimps - Soak & Chopped
200 g        Small Red Onion - Sliced
100 g        Dried Mushroom - Cut Cube
  4 pcs      Chinese Sausage - Remove Skin & Cut Cube
Sesame Seed
Oil
