潮州蒸野生石斑鱼Steamed Wild Garoupa InTeow Chew Style


Wild Garoupa Fish 
1)         Wash & drained it.  Set aside.

Light Soy Sauce     
Pepper
Rice Wine
Sesame Oil
Sugar
Sour Plum
Honey Lime Sauce
 2)         Marinade the fish with the ingredients.

Salted Vegetable       
Tomatoes   
Ginger   
Bean Curd                             
3)         Wash all ingredients.  Cut the tomatoes & bean curd in  cube.  Sliced the salted vegetable & shredded the ginger.  Mix all ingredients & place on top of the fish & steam for 15-20 minutes.  Serve hot.
