Salted Vegetable Tomatoes Ginger Bean Curd 3) Wash all ingredients. Cut the tomatoes & bean curd in cube. Sliced the salted vegetable & shredded the ginger. Mix all ingredients & place on top of the fish & steam for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot.
