Steamed Stingray In Assam Pedas





Ingredients A:
   1 kg       Ikan Pari
1/2 pkt      Assam Pedas Paste

Marinade the ikan pari with assam pedas paste for at least 2 hours.

Ingredients B:
1 no           Diced Big Onion
3 cloves    Sliced Garlic
5 nos        Chilli Padi
5 pcs         Lime Leaves
1 no          Diced Tomato
1 pc          Shredded Ginger
1 pc          Shredded Galanga

Combine all the ingredients A & B.  Steam for 20 minutes.
