豆豉蒸猪肉条Steamed Sliced Pork in Fermented Bean




Ingredients:
Sliced Pork
Soy Sauce
Sugar                          
Pepper
Corn Flour
Sesame Oil
Chinese Wine
Plum Sauce
Minced Garlic
Minced Ginger
Chopped Fermented Bean
Minced Eye Chili

1)         Marinade all the ingredients with the sliced pork.

2)         Steam it for 20 minutes.
