Method:
1) Rinse & pat dry the white bean curd.
2) Cut into 4 pieces each & use a small knife deep cut the center of bean curd.
3) Sprinkle some flour & spray some cooking onto the bean curd.
4) Place into a preheat air fryer at 200 C.
5) Air fryer for 15 to 20 mins.
6) If want a crispy skin, must air fry longer time.
