Pork – cut in big piece
Water
1) Blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes & rinse it & pat dry.
Few slices of Ginger
2 stalks Spring Onion
2 pieces Star Anise

1 stick Cinnamon Stick
½ bowl of Rice Wine
½ bowl of Soy Sauce
1 bowl of water
2 small pieces Rock Sugar
Dark Soy Sauce
2) Combine all the ingredients with the pork & bring to boil.
3) Set to low frame and braise for 2 hours or till meat tender.
4) Can cook in advance & store in freezer.
5) Steam back & serve with rice or Chinese bun (馒头).
