Peanut Cookies 花生饼
Ingredients:
500 g Fine Ground Peanut - 幼花生碎
270 g Light Brown Sugar Powder - 黄糖粉
850 g Cookie Flour(Sieve) - 面粉
150 g Peanut Butter - 花生酱
1 tsp Salt - 盐
225 g Grapeseed Oil - 葡萄籽油
1 no Egg Yolk (For Egg Wash)
7 - 9 g per dough
Bake in preheat oven at 160 C for 15 to 25 minutes

Baked Mixed Nuts With Herbs
Ingredients;
500 g Mixed Nuts
1 bundle Finely Chopped Rosemary
1 bundle Finely Chopped Thyme
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsps Melted Butter
1 tsp Cayenne Powder
Bake at preheat oven at 180 C for 10 minutes.

Ingredients:
1/2 no Kampung Chicken
1 tsp Salt
3 stalks Spring Onion
3 stalks Parsley
1 pc Chopped Ginger (Big size)
10 cloves Chopped Garlic
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce (I did not put)
1 tsp Sugar
