奶油意大利佛罗伦萨蘑菇和菠菜Creamy Fettuccine Florentine With Mushrooms and Spinach
Ingredients:
Fettuccine
White Button Mushroom, sliced
Spinach
Chopped Onion
Minced Garlic
Fresh Thyme
Milk
Chicken Broth
Cream Cheese
Grated Parmesan cheese
Grapeseed Oil
Butter
All Purpose Flour
kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

黄姜饭 - Turmeric Rice ( Nasi Kunyit)
Ingredients:
材料 :
1 kg Glutinous Rice
1 公斤 糯米
4 tbsp Turmeric Powder
4汤匙 黄姜粉
4 tbsp Water
4 汤匙 水
1 litre Coconut Milk
1 公升 椰浆
8 Knotted Pandan Leaves
8 片 班兰叶, 打结
1 tsp Salt
1 茶匙 盐
1 tbsp Peppercorn
1 汤匙 胡椒粒
Method:
做法 :
先将糯米浸在水中,水位盖过糯米就可以了。
将黄姜粉溶于4汤匙水中。
接着过滤黄姜水倒入糯米中混合均匀,并将糯米浸在黄姜水中2至5个小时。
糯米浸泡软了之后,将其黄姜水倒掉。
把椰浆,胡椒粒,盐和班兰叶放入糯米中搅拌均匀。。
接着再将糯米蒸30分钟或至熟,翻搅一下使之松软, 就可上桌享用了。

熏肉包猪肉饼Back Bacon Wrapped Pork Meatloaf
Ingredients:
1.5 kg Pork Minced Meat
2 tbsp Butter
2 no Chopped Big Onion
4 cloves Minced Garlic
3 stalks Chopped Celery
1 pc Chopped Carrot
Salt & Black Pepper Powder To Taste
1/2 cup Milk
4 no Egg
1 bundle Chopped Parsley
1 tbsp Dried Thyme
2 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tbsp Salt
1/3 cup Ketchup
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Breadcrumbs
16 slices Bacon
Topping:
1 cup Ketchup
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
Bake at preheat oven 200 degree C for 45 minutes.
Take out spread topping continue to bake another 15 minutes.
