越南面包Vietnamese Baguette - Banh Mi(Bread Machine - Leaven Dough)

Make : 4 nos.







Ingredients:
   2 cups (270 g)                       Bread Flour
3/4 cup + 1 - 2 tbsp (205 ml)     Water
3/4 tsp                                     Salt
  1 tsp                                      Sugar
  2 tsp                                      Instant Yeast

Bake at temp. 230 C for 20 to 25 mins
