糯米饭 Glutinous Rice




Glutinous Rice
Ingredients:
1      kg     Glutinous Rice - Soak for 2 - 3 hours. Wash, filter & set aside.
10    cloves      Minced Garlic
20    nos         Minced Onion
300  g            Sliced Pork - Marinade with soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil & cornflour
    6 pcs          Chinese Sausage - Slice it
  10 pcs          Dried Mushroom - Wash, soak & slice it. Save the water.
   50 g             Dried Shrimp - Wash, soak & save the water
Salt
Chicken Stock - Optional
Soy Sauce
Dark Soy Sauce

1)  Heat Oil stir-fry the garlic & onion till fragrant then add in Chinese sausage ,dried shrimp & dried mushroom.
2)  Add in the glutinous rice, continuous stir-fry.
3)  Well mix dark soy sauce to the glutinous rice.
4)  Add in mushroom water & dried shrimp water that you save, salt, soy sauce, chicken stock to taste.
5)  Last, add in sliced pork & well mix.
6)  Steam for 45 minutes.
7)  Served with chili sauce.
