肉末蒸蛋Steamed Egg with Minced Meat




Ingredients:

250 g         Minced Meat 

    4 no       Egg
200 ml       Water (equal measurement of egg)
Salt                                                     
Pepper

Sauce for Marinade:
Soy Sauce, 
Pepper, 
Corn Flour
Sesame Oil

Method:
 1)  Marinade minced meat with soy sauce, white pepper, corn flour & sesame oil for at least 2 hours.
2)  Beat egg with water then strain the egg mixture with a sieve.
3)  Well mix minced meat with egg mixture.
4)  Steam the egg and minced meat mixture in low frame till cooked.
