涼拌皮蛋肉鬆豆腐

 
材料:
  • 嫩豆腐 2盒
  • 皮蛋 2隻
  • 莞茜 少許
  • 豬肉鬆 少許
  • 汁:
  • 生抽 2湯匙
  • 黑醋 2湯匙
  • 麻油 少許
  • 糖 3茶匙
