Tom Yam Seafood












Ingredients A:
Chicken Stock
Lemon Grass
Small Onion
Coriander Root
Galangal
Lime Leaves
Bird’s Eye Chili

1) Bring to boil the ingredient A till fragrant.

Ingredients B:
Tom Yam Paste
Lime Juice
Salt
Chicken Stock Powder or Ajinomoto – Optional

2) Add in ingredient B into the ingredients A & to taste it.

Prawn
Squid
Button Mushroom

3) Last put in button mushroom, prawn & squid. Bring to boil or till cooked.  Serve with rice.
