奶油全麦面包Whole Wheat Butter Bread(Bread Machine)

2 lbs/Medium Crust
Soft & Bake
Take Out Blade At 1:40




Ingredients:
315 cc                   Cold Water冷水
  49 g                     Unsalted Butter無鹽奶油
  20 g                     Sugar細砂糖
    1 tsp                  Salt鹽(約4.5g)
245 g                     Japanese Bread Flour高筋麵粉
245 g                     Extra Fine Whole Wheat Flour全麥麵粉
    1 tsp                  Instant Yeast速發酵母(約4.5g)
