Multi-grain Oatmeal Cheese Bun杂粮燕麦奶酪面包(Bread Machine-L Dough)



















Ingredients A:
  50 g              Instant Oat
150 cc             Hot Water

1)  Well mix set aside for 15 minutes.

Ingredients B(Dough):
                       Ingredients A
250 g              Bread Flour
  50 g              Multi-grain Flour
 3/4 tsp           Instant Yeast
  15 g              Raw Sugar
  1/2 tsp          Salt
  20 g              Olive Oil
  85 cc            Water   
    1 tsp           Dry Thyme
    1 tsp           Dry Dill

Ingredients C(Filling):
150 g              Cream Cheese

Method:
According to your bread machine & start the dough process.






After the dough finished rise in the bread machined, please refer to the above picture 12 to 27.
Bake at preheat oven at 200 C for 18 to 20 minutes.

Ingredients C(Filling):
150 g              Cream Cheese
Method:
 1)  Well mix ingredients A, set aside for 15 minutes.
 2)  Place ingredients A & B into the bread machine pan.
 3)  Put bread machine pan into the machine and set it to levean dough function.(1st raise   machine will do it)
 4)  After the circle finish, remove dough out and place onto a surface with flour.
 5)  Release air and devide to 8 portions (80g) cover let it rest for 15 minutes.
 6)  Flatten the dough in 12cm round shape, fill the cheese and shape it to a round ball shape.
 7)  Spray some water onto the dough, let it rise again in oven with 2 cup of hot water for 1 hour.
 8)  10 minutes before finish rise take dough out.
 9)  Preheat oven in 200 C.
10)  Cut a cross on top of the dough and spray some water onto the dough.
11)  Put in oven to bake for 18 to 20 minutes or untill golden.
12)  Cool down on the wire rack before keep in tupperware.
