Bak Gua Egg Milk Buns 肉干鸡蛋奶卷面包


















Ingredients:

220 g          Bread Flour
  50 g          Japanese Bread Flour
  30 g          Cake Flour
  50 ml        Milk
  30 g          Butter
    3 nos      Egg ( 150 g)
  30 g          Sugar
 1/8 tsp       Salt
 1/2 tsp       Yeast

Filling :
   Bak Gua(肉干)

Garnish :
    1 no          Egg
    1 tsp         White Sesame Seed

Method:

According to your bread machine & start the dough process.
After the dough finished rise in the bread machined, 
Divide into 12 portions (45 g each) make a round shape, cover with damn cloth rest for 15 minutes.
Roll the dough in oval shape, place Bak Gua(肉干) in center and fold into half moon shape.
Place the dough into the baking tray and spray water onto the dough and cover, let rise for 1 hour.
Brush egg wash and sprinkle some white sesame on top.
Bake at preheat oven at 170 C for 18 to 20 minutes.
Or till golden brown in color.
