黄咖喱鲭鱼 Mackerel In Yellow Curry
Ingredients:500 g Mackerel1 no Coconut milk1 glass Water2 no Tomato (Each tomato cut in 4 pieces)5 no Chili ApiFew Pieces Assam KepingSalt & Sugar to TastePaste:1 big no. Garlic1 bowl Shallots3 pcs Lemon Grass1/3 inch Ginger1/3 inch Galangal1/3 cup dried shrimp - soaked in hot boiled water, washed and drained1/2 teaspoon turmeric powderMethod:1) Combined all the paste ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth/paste.2) Heat the cooking oil in a pot or wok.3) Saute the spice paste until fragrant.4) Add in water & coconut milk bring to boil.5) Put chili api, assam keping, tomatoes & fish to continue cook in medium low frame.6) Once fish cook add in salt & sugar to taste.
